Set deep within the Atlantic Rainforest on the banks of the Iguazú River, Awasi Iguazú offers an immersive experience in one of the world’s most biodiverse regions. The lodge is just 15 minutes from Iguazú Falls, 20 minutes from Puerto Iguazú Airport (IGR) in Argentina, and 35 minutes from Foz do Iguaçu Airport in Brazil, with convenient connections from Buenos Aires, São Paulo, and Santiago. Surrounded by lush forest, 14 private villas are raised on stilts to minimise environmental impact and spaced for maximum privacy while remaining within easy reach of the bar and restaurant. Each villa features a private plunge pool, large terrace, and spacious living and bathroom areas, creating an intimate retreat that blends seamlessly with nature.

Excursions Every villa comes with a private guide and 4WD vehicle, allowing fully tailor-made excursions. Guests explore hidden waterfalls accessible only by boat, jungle trails that shelter endangered trees and endemic birds, and archaeological Jesuit Ruins. Excursions can be customised by full or half-day, and lunch can be enjoyed in the lodge or amidst the forest, offering a deep connection to the rainforest’s beauty and heritage.
