The stylish restaurant, bar and lounge CottoCrudo opened at Four Seasons Hotel Prague on March 2, 2012. CottoCrudo, which means “cooked and raw,” introduced a new dining and lounge concept to the city. An Italian classics menu with a modern twist, a central culinary station with prime Italian delicacies, variable seating options and a unique design showcases the latest in dining trends. Japanese fusion menu is served in MIRU, a pop up restaurant on the roof top terrace open in summer months.
