Within these grounds are bird sanctuaries, beehives and a generous 3,000m2 kitchen garden whose produce, enriched by the passage of the seasons, is found on the menu of the Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant Les Fresques and the La Véranda restaurant, as well as on the Brunch menu when the weather is fine.
