Nestled in the tranquil English countryside, the 15th‑century retreat, with its distinctive rooms and suites, invites discovery of twelve unique gardens – including the Japanese tea garden, two‑thousand fruit trees, and the renowned potager vegetable and herb garden, which supplies the restaurant with the freshest, premium ingredients.
