Centrally positioned in the heart of the Spanish capital’s Cortes District, Nobu Hotel Madrid will transform an existing office building at 26 Calle Alcalá, ideally located between Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta del Sol. The hotel will feature a tri-level Nobu restaurant and bar, an expansive rooftop bar, and a lounge offering panoramic views over the city skyline, alongside a state-of-the-art fitness centre and spa.
The restaurant interiors will be reimagined by Gronda, the internationally renowned architecture and interior design studio led by Diego Gronda, whose vision for Nobu Hotel Madrid is conceived as an exercise in restraint and balance—defined by calm sophistication, subtle Japanese sensibilities, and a timeless design language rooted in harmony, materiality, and light.
