Located 30 minutes from Chetumal Airport and a two-hour drive from Habitas Tulum, Habitas Bacalar is nestled on an eight-hectare property on the shores of Mexico’s Bacalar Lagoon, a lake also known as the Lagoon of Seven Colors for its multiple shades of vibrant blue. Habitas is the first global hospitality group to launch a property in Bacalar.

The property features 34 A-frame rooms designed with a minimal environmental impact and built using local, natural materials. Overlooking seven shades of blue or lush jungle views, each room is equipped with spacious earth-toned interiors, a private deck and an outdoor shower for a deeper connection to our surroundings.
