Parīlio, a Member of Design Hotels, the name of which is derived from ‘Paros’ and the Greek word for the sun ‘īlios’, is characterised by the island’s distinctive architecture and defined by a soothing, tonal collor palette and natural materials, the 43 suites & villas of Parīlio are a gentle medley of modern aesthetics underlaid with traditional Cycladic features and a consistent theme of organic, understated luxury.
Designed by the Athens-based Interior Design Laboratorium and led by Kalia & Antonis Eliopoulos, Parīlio is informed in its entirety by this north-western corner of the island, its landscape & history.
The Pool: The imposing cross-shaped pool that is highlighted by two impressive rocks, bounded by loungers and the extraordinary Cycladic natural environment lends itself for utter relaxation.

Mr. E: Sharing, caring, making room in the heart as well as at the table –this is the Greek art of hospitality celebrated at Mr. E Restaurant of Parīlio. Focusing on zero waste, sustainability, and an ethical supply chain based on local, seasonal ingredients, Mr. E introduces impeccable recipes for a simple yet delectable breakfast, curated by chef Thanos Feskos.
New Restaurant Paron: Honoring the tranquil flow of Cycladic life, it surrounds the main pool, the hotel’s main hub. With a focus on zero waste, sustainability, original preservation techniques, locality, and respect for the wise selections of Mother Earth, the twice-awarded with two Michelin stars, chef Thanos Feskos has curated a menu that taps into impeccable Greekness, with recipes that highlight his love for comfort food.
