About our gastronomy
We have an array of unique gastronomic experiences with a comprehensive and enticing variety of excellent options featuring different Michelin-Starred chefs. Chef Francis Paniego, who hails from La Rioja region of Spain, and who has 2 Michelin-Stars oversees the entire food operations within the hotel under the supervision of our Executive Chef Jordi Grau, who achieved it´s first Michelin Star in December 2021, for Ibaya Restaurant. Not only that, Hideki Matsuhira, from another Michelin restaurant in Barcelona, supervises our Japanese restaurant, Koy Hermitage.
