Viceroy Riviera Maya is offering Departure COVID testing on property. All tests are provided by a local Lab who will send a Physician to property Monday through Saturday to test our guests prior to departure, test results will be returned within 48 hours via email.• Antigen Test is provided complimentary for up to 2 guests when staying 3 nights or more. Pricing is $35 per person for guests staying less than 3 nights. • PCR Test is $150 per person, per test. Testing fees may be billed to your guest room. At check in, Butler Services will schedule an appointment for the test to be performed during the guest stay at their convenience. In the event a guest tests positive we will coordinate and extended a special package which will allow the guest to stay on property and quarantine. It is recommended to monitor our website for the most up to date travel and hotel information as the protocols may continuously change.
